“This semester I’ve had the honor of planning a retirement party for Delta Zeta’s academic advisor here at Radford of 33 years, Dr. Steve Lerch. Alumni of all ages and active sisters attended today and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to plan such a special event for a incredible man. Dr. Lerch, thank you for all you have done for Xi Delta all these years, without you our chapter would not be the same. Special thanks to Alyssa and our CCD, Kim for helping me! I couldn’t have done it without y’all. ” - Thank you Claire Adams for putting this together and thank you Dr. Lerch for everything you have done for us! 💕

Finally, the chapter set up a GoFundMe page to assist with the cost of the event and a present for Dr. Lerch. All leftover funds will go towards the Steve Lerch Scholarship. The link for that page is:
