Firm Night, a networking event that offers business students face-to-face meetings with potential employers, reached new highs this year. On Sept. 6, more than 80 Highlanders took part and were able to huddle with three dozen prestigious firms – a record level for the Davis College function.

The Department of Accounting, Finance and Business Law and the Davis College of Business and Economics is hosting the Virginia Board of Accountancy’s (VBOA) next board meeting on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. The meeting will be held on campus in Kyle Hall, Room 340. Radford students, faculty and staff are invited and encouraged to attend the public meeting to learn more about how the VBOA conducts business related to CPAs and the accounting industry. The meeting begins at 10 a.m. and runs throughout the day. Attend all or some of the meeting as your schedule permits.

Learn more about the coming changes in 2024 for the CPA exam at 11:00.

The VSCPA will be talking at 1:00 to discuss student resources as a VSCPA member.
