Pre-Veterinary Medical Association at NC State University

Pre-Veterinary Medical Association at NC State University One of NC State's Largest clubs, we aim to create a family of pre-veterinary students and assist them on their journey to Vet School!

The Pre-Veterinary Medical Association of North Carolina State University caters to students at NC State interested in the profession of veterinary medicine. Students are able to attend presentations about the diverse multitude of careers in veterinary medicine, meet fellow students, participate in service projects and social events, and choose to participate in opportunities which will help them

gain experience and networking contacts which will be beneficial to their career aspirations. The club allows students to explore multiple paths within the veterinary field, providing opportunities for interaction with students of similar aspirations through scholarship, leadership, and fellowship.

APVMA Symposium Recap! 🐾

This past weekend, 12 of our members, including three officers, attended the APVMA Symposium held at LSU this year. Our members had an amazing time attending lectures, exploring exhibitor tables, and participating in service projects. We had three members present their research posters, which allowed them to connect with other pre-veterinary students from across the country. The President and the Vice President had the honor of accepting the Outstanding Club Award on behalf of the entire club! Thank you to all our members who make the NCSU chapter of PVMA so special.

Thank you so much to everyone who showed up to our last GBM labs and lectured!! Our donation drive was great + we had an amazing time in both labs and hope you were able to learn a lot and take new ideas with you. We look forward to seeing you at our next GBM via zoom!!
