YOUR library celebrated Día with the UNM-Taos Kids' Campus! The kiddos created their own masterpieces thanks to a visit from the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum Art to G.O. bus followed by a storytime in the library. El día de los niños/El día de los libros, known as Día, is a yearly celebration of the importance of literacy for all children of all linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Día encourages all children to experience bookjoy, or the pleasure of reading, to grow a nation of readers. Happy Día!

YOUR library had a blast hosting artist Miguel Santistevan as he presented his art installation "Acequia Apocalypse"! We were so excited to collaborate with the UNM-Taos Film and Digital Media Arts (FDMA) program as part of the Taos Film Festival. Stay tuned for more library events!

The Social Justice Book Club will meet in the Pathways Building on Monday, May 11 from 4-5:30 PM. Join in on a discussion of "A Protest History of the United States" by Gloria J. Browne-Marshall.
