Congress cannot seem to get anything done, but they have time hold hearings and now sue the president. Is this really about Executive Orders? If my research is correct FDR had over 3,000, Nixon, Carter, Reagan, and Clinton had over 300, and Obama is sitting at 168. Thoughts?
