The Regional Training Center remains on the cutting edge of teacher training and continues to evolve in offering one of the most creative approaches to virtual classroom and ONLINE learning. A dynamic and growing organization founded in 1993, the Regional Training Center’s purpose is to provide exciting and relevant graduate professional development opportunities to teachers in New Jersey, Pennsyl

vania, Maryland, and in most of the United States. RTC moves beyond traditional college lecture/discussion methods and infuses instruction with opportunities for participants to experience an actively engaging program of teacher education. We offer graduate courses for teachers via Virtual Classroom format and ONLINE with teacher-friendly schedules. Course instructors for RTC are specially selected as exemplary K-12 teachers that are the best teachers of teachers available, who meet all qualifications to teach at the graduate level. Our instructors currently work or have recently worked in school districts across the Mid-Atlantic Region

Mike Kuczala, CEO of RTC, will be hosting an informational Zoom through the Eastern Shore Higher Education Center about our 30-credit Masters of Education (M.Ed.) program through La Salle University. On ZOOM, March 19 at 4pm.
The entire program is available via fully online courses as well as live virtual (Zoom) courses. All of our courses may also be used for professional development.
