While working full time, he enrolled at Alvernia University in 2023 and graduated in May 2026 with his Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling. Through hands-on experience at See You Through It Counseling, Jeff is now preparing to open his own practice.
His mission is simple: remind veterans and others that help is out there.

Alvernia University’s Fitness Center, located in the Campus Commons, is open year round for commuter students and provides a convenient space to work out, destress, and stay healthy.

This on campus resource is designed to make fitness simple and accessible. All of our students and alumni have the ability to use the space - including online, evening, and grad students!

What you need to know:
• Open year-round for all students
• Located in the Campus Commons
• Check in at the front desk and present your student ID
• Lockers available for storing personal belongings
• Two private shower rooms and two private bathrooms

Whether you are lifting, cardio training, or just taking time to reset, the Fitness Center offers a supportive space to focus on your wellness.
