Instructor Spotlight: Seth Musco ⚡
Seth Musco brings a strong blend of industry experience and technical education to our Industrial Electricity program at Penn State Berks. He earned his Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology from PennTech and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Point Park University. Seth has held a range of roles within electronic manufacturing companies—from assembler and technician to sales engineer—giving students valuable insight into real-world applications of electrical theory. In addition to teaching at Penn State Berks, Seth is also an instructor at Berks Career and Technology Center, where he continues his commitment to hands-on, career-focused education. His practical approach and dedication help prepare students for success in today’s industrial workforce.

Widely considered the driving force behind the modern craft beer ‘revolution!’ In this course students will gain a deeper knowledge on the history of hops, their use in beer, and how they’ve come to dominate the brewing industry and craft beer market.🍻

To receive the Process Instrumentation and Control Certificate, participants must successfully complete the following three courses:
🟦Sensors and Symbology – ENGR 5131 - SERIES BEGINS MAY 18th
🟦Control Functions – ENGR 5132 - SERIES CONTINUES ON JULY 27th
🟦Installation and Engineering Functions – ENGR 5133 - LAST COURSE IN SERIES STARTS SEPTEMBER 28th

💡The courses each consist of prerecorded lectures, book readings, online notes, quizzes and a final exam, which you can complete when convenient for you as long as you stay within the course dates.
