Welcome back Shasta College Knights! We’re excited to launch the Fall 2021 semester and see more students returning to campus. As we begin more in-person interactions in the classrooms, offices, and outside of buildings there are a couple of simple guidelines to be aware of to help keep our campus community healthy and safe this coming semester.

Face Coverings
• Any student or campus visitors regardless of vaccination status are REQUIRED to wear a face covering when indoors. This is a slight change of our most recent policy. Due to guidance from federal, state, and local agencies we have decided to make this modification to help reduce the spread of the Delta variant.
• Students are not required to wear face coverings outdoors.
• Students seeking exemption from the mask requirements may contact Shasta College Health and Wellness (242-7580) for an evaluation.

Stay Home and Get Tested If You're Experiencing Symptoms
Stay home if you’re feeling sick or experiencing any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 even if you've been vaccinated. Contact Campus Safety (242-7910) or Shasta College Health and Wellness (242-7580) to make an appointment to get tested. Accommodations will be made to reduce your risk of exposure to others and still get tested on campus. Testing is available at no cost to students.

Testing
COVID-19 testing is available to students at the Health and Wellness Center (2000 Building) or Campus Safety (6500 Building). If you’re experiencing symptoms or not feeling well please call Campus Safety (242-7910) or Shasta College Health and Wellness (242-7580) to make an appointment. Accommodations will be made to reduce your risk of exposure to others and still get tested on campus. Testing is available at no cost to students.
