Thank You Premier Livestock Services!!!!

Today at Reedley College’s Sheep Production class, we didn’t just harvest a lamb — we planted seeds for the next generation of agriculture.
Watching these students roll up their sleeves, ask thoughtful questions, and truly engage with the full cycle of sheep production reminded me why this work matters so much. Premier Livestock Services was proud to be part of the hands-on lesson, showing that responsible, on-farm harvest is a vital skill in modern livestock production.
The future of American agriculture isn’t in textbooks alone — it’s in the minds and hands of these young people who are willing to learn the real work. Grateful to do my small part in growing the next generation of shepherds, producers, and leaders.

Students in our AS 5 Animal Nutrition lab were busy with hands-on learning today, collecting and analyzing data on common hays fed to livestock. This lab focused on understanding forage quality and its role in meeting animal nutritional needs—an essential skill for anyone working in animal agriculture.

Great work by the students diving into real-world feed evaluation and data collection!
