The Student Government Association (SGA) of Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is the name of the student government body at TMCC. The SGA represents all students currently enrolled at Truckee Meadows Community College. We provide recommendations, opinions, and information to college leadership and the Board of Regents for the Nevada System of Higher Education. We support recognized student clubs and organizations as well as a variety of programs and activities for students.

🗳️ With election day right around the corner, it is important to know not only where you can place your ballot, but also know what you'll be voting on in this year's cycle.

If you still need to get registered to vote, the SGA has you covered, come see us in the Plaza on September 15th from 10am to 12pm to complete or update your registration, as well as get some free snacks and merch by answering some trivia!

We hope to see you there doing your part for democracy!

Club fair: September 2nd , 11 am - 1 pm

Please join us and say hi to all of our clubs and perhaps grab a free snack. If you are an officially recognized club you will be sent an email to reserve a spot! If you wish to find members to start a new club there will be a sign up sheet sent to your school email. We hope to see you there!!

📍Make your plan to vote and stay informed this election season.

✍️ Early voting is open May 23 through June 5 from 10 AM to 6 PM. On Election Day (June 9) polls will be open from 7 AM to 7 PM. You can also vote by mail as long as your ballot is postmarked by Election Day.
