How do we speak the language of business and make ethical AI the most profitable option?

In a recent webinar hosted by the American Psychological Association (APA), our faculty member Larry W. Norton, PhD, shared this perspective while serving as a panelist in a discussion on ethical AI in Organizational Psychology.
