Dr. Hasenhuttl brings extensive knowledge in neuropsychology, along with her passion and energy for helping students connect science to leadership practices. How do we speak the language of business and make ethical AI the most profitable option?

In a recent webinar hosted by the American Psychological Association (APA), our faculty member Larry W. Norton, PhD, shared this perspective while serving as a panelist in a discussion on ethical AI in Organizational Psychology.

In this short clip, Dr. Norton makes the case that for organizations to actively choose ethical AI, it must align with business incentives, not just values. It’s a thought-provoking idea and one that feels especially relevant as AI adoption continues to accelerate across industries.
