University of Richmond One Card Services One Card is the identification card that members of the UR community use to access meal plans, dorms, labs, SpiderCard accounts, and to use the library.

One Card is the picture identification card that members of the University of Richmond One Card is the picture identification card that members of the University of Richmond community use to access meal plans, dorms, computer labs, SpiderCard accounts, and to use the library. Stop by the One Card Services office located in the Heilman Center administrative offices (next door to the post office) to obtain your card. It only takes about five minutes.

UR on campus residents - Ahead of this weekend's storm, please make sure to physically swipe your ID card in your lock so you are able to get into your room if the power goes out. Information in the lock is purged every 5 days, so please swipe your card frequently from now through the weekend.

If you lose your UR ID card when the power is out and try to get a temp card from URPD, it will not work because the lock doesn't know that card should access your room (your info hasn't downloaded to the lock). In this case, you will need URPD to let you in your room.

Due to inclement weather, the One Card Office is closed today. If you lose your UR ID card, you may pick up a temp card at URPD in the Special Programs Building.

Our office will reopen Monday at 8:30.
