On Nov. 1, 1901, 12 men at Richmond College made a promise to be different. SigEp has kept that promise for 125 years by choosing a new path again and again.

The Journey of Innovation, held at the Ruck Leadership Institute, traces that path, from our founding to the experiences that shape brothers today. Check out this video for Past Grand President Steve Shanklin’s retelling of SigEp’s history, including never-before-seen footage from the SigEp archives.

Happy Founders Day, brothers.
