Dr. Fuchs is a nationally known expert, and we are privileged to have him as a professor in the EMC program as well!

RedSTAR member Dr. Eric Fuchs recently presented at Crash and Learn, one of the EMS community’s premier conferences, held this year in Maine. Dr. Fuchs is a nationally renowned AT in addition to being an AEMT, and is a professor of exercise and sports science at EKU. A veteran of the SAR community in several states, he is our team expert- and one of Kentucky’s foremost experts- on sports medicine, exertional illness, athletic event medicine and orthopedic injuries.

This marks two years in a row that RedSTAR members have taken the “stage” at Crash and Learn, and we hope the streak continues!
