A in-depth presentation of at least 8-10 potential colleges that fit your student's "profile" complete with costs, majors, extracurricular activities, scholarship possibilities, and much more.

Follow up face-to-face meetings in which we dig deeper into each college and what they have to offer.

Young Harris College

YHC is a small, private, liberal arts college situated in the mountains of north central Georgia in the town of Young Harris. Affiliated with the United Methodist Church, Young Harris College was founded in 1886 and has been providing quality educational experiences ever since. A two-year institution throughout the greatest majority of its history, Young Harris transitioned to a four-year, Bachelors degree granting institution in 2009. Since that time the size of both the faculty and the student body has doubled and over $100 million has been invested in campus improvements.

I am going to begin doing a weekly post which will feature a particular college/university. I will highlight such things as: history, size, location, price, featured majors, and other significant information.

What colleges/universities would you like to know more about? I have a couple in mind that I'll start with, but as I go on I want to include those schools that you're interested in. Please feel free to leave your suggestions in the comments below.

Thanks!

Did you realize there are over 4,700 degree granting institutions in the United States? Approximately 300 of those schools are right here in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama.

With so many factors to consider - price, size, location, major, extracurricular activities, etc. - choosing the right college can be an extremely difficult process.

I hope you'll consider contacting me and allow me to explain how I can help you navigate the process. I've got over 25 years in higher education and would very much like to put my experience to work for you.

Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon.
