Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced significant investments in workforce and higher education infrastructure through Senate Bill 450. In turn, Rio is set to receive funding for critical campus improvements 🛠️

“Our goal is to modernize key facilities to better serve students and employers while directly strengthening the region’s talent pipeline,” said Ryan Smith, President of University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College. “These investments position Rio to respond to workforce needs across healthcare, agriculture, advanced manufacturing, and skilled trades.” 🎉
