Here's the big news in River Falls, WI: yours truly is now the head of the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems at UW-River Falls!

OK, so maybe nobody's talking about me but everyone here is talking about the stellar new freshmen (class of 2024) who will be starting this Fall and transfer students who will be graduating by about 2022!

So far this year, we have been lucky in getting quite a few of our current students into internships this summer - some of them on-site! Also, most of our new grads seem to be doing OK on the job front. CS, IS, and DS seem to be good fields to be in right now!

I am hoping our amazing RF alumni will be willing to mentor some of our new students - we can use all the help we can get from you in these times.
