The members of the HTEM club want to thank our officers Reynaldo Dallas, Elizabeth Aiello, Tara Roche and Angela Catsaros for all the hard work. Also, many thanks to our advisor and mentor, professor Gary Wood. We are truly grateful for the time and effort you all put into making this club so amazing!

On Friday April 12th the toured two NYC luxury hotels with the goal of learning how they achieve such high level of excellence in customer service.
The trip was a success and an enriching educational experience.
