UC Riverside doctoral student Sarah Schroeder named a genus of plant-feeding insects -- previously unknown to science -- after one of the biggest superstars on the planet: Taylor Swift. 💄🦗

Schroeder said she hopes that by naming these insects after Swift, both the insects as well as the concept of insect conservation will shine with a little of her reflected light.

✅ Bring Check-In Pass: Log in to your MyHousing Portal and download your Check-In Pass QR Code & confirm your check-in time.
🚗 All resident hall residents must first check in at UCR Lot 30.
🔑 Show your R’Card and Check-In Pass to receive your keys.
