If you're registering for Summer or Fall 2026, you may notice some course numbers look different. RCC is transitioning to statewide Common Course Numbers, which means some classes have new names and numbers across California community colleges.

The good news? It's the same class, just a new number.

All Canvas activity, across all departments, including the delivery of instruction, is suspended through the weekend.
At this time, no other RCCD or college systems have been affected. Canvas will remain inaccessible while the issue continues to be addressed in coordination with the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office and the CCC Security Center.
Students and employees should plan for coursework and Canvas-related activity to resume once the system is restored.
