Join the Women’s Resource Center on Wednesday, June 3rd, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM in Costo Hall 109 for ‘Who’s Afraid of Feminism?’, a feminist discussion group 🕵🏽‍♀️💜🎬

This week’s case study: Beauty Standards 💄💇‍♀️💅🏼

Watch the short film that laid the groundwork for “The Substance” and discuss beauty standards for women and femme-identifying folks and how they shape our perspectives about ourselves.

Whether you have an interest in feminism or want to learn more, this discussion will provide a welcoming community for students to explore the systemic and social impacts of misogyny and how, through discussion, we can uplift one another.

Everyone, regardless of gender, is welcome to attend! While these meetings cannot be attended for class credit, they will still offer the opportunity for learning and discussion. We hope to see you there!
