English Language Center at RIT Rochester Institute of Technology's English Language Center (ELC) offers a full-time program of English as an Additional Language from beginner level to advanced. For international students, the program meets the requirements for an F-1 study visa. US domestic students may enroll either full time or part-time (class by class) in the program.
