Send out your Letter(s) of Accommodation (LOAs)
Make a plan to submit your OA Test Center appointments on time
Purchase/rent your textbooks for the semester
Map out the best path for you to get to each class
Find a study space that works for you

The OA and Test Center will be closed for Holiday Break beginning on Wednesday, December 24th, 2025. We will reopen for our normal hours on Monday, January 5th, 2026. We hope you all have a great break and Happy Holidays!

Happy Study Day! The OA wants to wish everyone good luck on their finals this semester!

Here are a few reminders for those who have a final exam scheduled in the OA Test Center:

Please review the email reminders that come from AIM. These emails will include the approved materials allowed by your instructor, the testing appointment time AND location. It is super important you show up on time and to the right place!

Please do not bring your own scratch paper. Scratch paper is provided in the Test Center. Be sure to bring your Winthrop ID to check-in. No ID, No Test.

Applications are now open for the City of Rock Hill's paid summer internship program (starting at $15/hour).

These internships are open to all majors but may be or particular interest to those studying Computer Science, Business, Finance, Biology/Environmental Science/Chemistry, Engineering, Government/Political Science, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Marketing and Communications, and Sport Management.

Eligibility Requirements:
Students must be rising sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate students or enrolled in a graduate program, by Summer 2026.

Application Instructions:
Students must apply online and submit their Resume, Cover Letter, Letter of Recommendation, and Copy of their Unofficial Transcript. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but students are encouraged to apply by December 24.
