MINISTERS IN TRAINING (MIT)
Legitimacy. Covering. Preparation. Protection.
There was a time when people would say:
“I don’t need schooling — God called me.”
“I don’t need covering — man didn’t call me, the Lord did.”
But here’s the reality…
We are entering a season where spiritual leadership without structure will carry legal consequences.
Across the nation, lawsuits are increasing against individuals who identify as ministers, prophets, bishops, counselors, or five-fold gifts — yet lack:
• Proper licensing
• Church covering or affiliation
• Ministerial credentials
• Documented training
• Malpractice insurance
• Accountability structures
The days of self-proclaimed platforms with no pastoral covering, no church home, and no oversight are quickly fading.
If you are giving prophetic words…
If you are offering spiritual counsel…
If you are teaching doctrine publicly…
And something goes wrong — you could find yourself not in prayer… but in court.
Calling does not cancel responsibility.
Anointing does not replace order.
Giftedness does not eliminate accountability.
You need to be planted in a church where:
• Your calling is tested and affirmed
• Your doctrine is sharpened
• Your character is developed
• Your ministry is legally protected
• A senior leader can stand behind you
That is why we host the Annual Ministers in Training (MIT) intensive.
MIT is not about ego.
It is about preparation.
It is about covering.
It is about protecting the call on your life.
If you do not have a church home — find one.
If you are not covered — get covered.
If you are gifted — get trained.
Pastors — protect your people.
Leaders — prepare for what is coming.
Ministers — legitimacy matters.
Join us for MIT.
Be trained. Be covered. Be protected.
