Misty, currently on tour with Lord Huron, is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has worked with artists including Sara Bareilles, Sting, and Ed Sheeran. Steve is the drummer and music director for Matt Kearney, and has worked with artists including Sara Bareilles, Owl City, and Ben Rector.

Burnt Reeds, a reed ensemble composed of Carolinian musicians including Oboe Professor Teil Taliesin and Jack Murray, , recently released a CD through Albany Records titled “Homegrown Melodies.” This collection of new works features commissions to local Carolinians by the ensemble for composers to reflect on what home means to them.
