Dr. Patels Fall 2025 Marketing 360 class took on the 6-week EPIC Challenge (open to all majors across the university) and really showed out. They spent weeks working in teams, building ideas, and bringing them to life—and it paid off. College of Business & Technology students swept 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place 👏
“Glow” was created from the winning team’s idea (shoutout to Nevaeh Walker, Tylique Smith, Prema Van Deren, and Joseph McGrath ✨), but honestly, pieces from every group made an impact. You can even see it in things like the YCNG x Knowledge Perk partnership—yes, natural gas fueling your coffee runs ☕️🔥
They are proud of what they’ve built and are even more excited seeing it come to life!

In MKTG 387 Digital Marketing, four teams pitched their ideas for web design, email marketing, social media and other innovative ideas to the client, Blue Goose Art Supply.

The owners of Blue Goose Art Supply are Andrew and Mary Lazenby. Mary (who is in the picture) brought a team of employees to watch and comment on the presentations as well.

The York County Chamber also helped facilitate the project and attended as well. The students will receive a digital marketing certificate from the US Chamber of Commerce EPIC Program for the completion of their work.

Our Logistics & Supply Chain Management students had the opportunity to present their final capstone projects to the Fastenal team this week. Experiences like this—working on real-world business challenges and presenting to industry professionals—are invaluable in preparing students for their careers.

A special thank you to Charles Gilbert for making this collaboration possible and for your continued support of our students’ professional development.

We truly appreciate the partnership and look forward to building on this collaboration in the future.
