This is usually observed during the 2nd week of November. It culminates on the Transgender Day of Remembrance that commemorates the lives of victims of transphobic violence.

What You Can DO:
Don't assume anyone's pronouns or name
Donate to trans individuals seeking aid, or to causes led by trans people
Read up on transgender history
Don't deadname or misgender your colleagues and acquaintances
Support Just trans visibility in the media you consume.
Avoid gendered compliments (you look so pretty/handsome), especially without knowing your loved ones' preferences or triggers
Support and uplift the trans people around you the way THEY WANT
