This Sexual Assault Awareness Week, we’re centering consent. Consent is an active, enthusiastic, and continuous “yes.” Think FRIES:
Freely given – consent is a choice, never pressured
Reversible – consent can be taken back at any time
Informed – consent means knowing what you’re agreeing to
Enthusiastic – consent is a clear, excited yes
Specific – consent to one thing isn’t consent to everything

Let’s build a culture where consent is the standard, conversations about consent are normal, and respect leads every interaction. Check out all the events happening during Sexual Assault Awareness Week at wellbeing.mst.edu/saaw!
