You've harvested your timber stand. Now what? Well it's time to replant! Easier said than done, right? There are so many variables and factors that can affect how your next timber stand grows and whether or not it will meet your land managing goals.

If you are interested in learning more about forest regeneration, then this is the class for you! Planning for Planting, led by associate professor Mark Swanson, will help you better understand the basics of regeneration and what may impact your future forest.

Our 101st Douglas County Lamb Show (87th partnering with Douglas County Livestock Association ) is this Saturday, June 6! We are busy in preparation and will be relocating our office operations to the Douglas County Fairgrounds tomorrow, Friday, June 5th from 3pm to 5pm. Our front office will be closed and you can find us at the Lilja Pavilion.
