April 2 is World Autism Day, a day dedicated to promoting understanding, acceptance, and inclusion. The puzzle piece has historically been associated with autism awareness, representing complexity, diversity, and the importance of seeing the full picture of each person’s experience.

That’s why we’re excited to host our 3rd Annual Puzzle Competition on this meaningful day. Join us for pizza, a puzzle swap, and a spirited team challenge to bring our campus community together in recognition and support.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Mind Matters: Mental Health and Wellness Fair. The event brought together students, staff, and community partners for important conversations about well‑being, stress management, and the many resources available both on and off campus.

Life can feel fast and overwhelming, especially during the semester, and it is important to remember that no one has to navigate those challenges alone. Support is available, whether you need someone to talk to, tools to manage stress, or connections to community services. Reaching out is a sign of strength, and the campus community is here to help.

If you were unable to attend, we encourage you to explore the mental health and wellness resources offered throughout the year. Taking even one small step toward caring for yourself can make a meaningful difference.

Thank you to our partners! We couldn't do this without you.
