🚧 We’re Hiring: Construction Field Technician 🏊♂️
📍 Rockwall, TX | Full-Time
🗓 Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
💲 $18–$25/hr (based on experience)
Join El Dorado Pools, a premier custom pool builder with over 20 years of experience creating high-end outdoor living spaces across Rockwall and the greater Dallas area. We’re growing and looking for a motivated, hands-on team member to support our construction department in the field.
🔨 What You’ll Do:
- Prepare job sites before and after each phase of construction
- Keep sites clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with layout, equipment placement, and material staging
- Deliver materials to job sites as needed
- Perform quality checks and communicate issues to the Project Manager
- Handle punch list items, minor repairs, and warranty work
- Take photos and upload updates using JobTread
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of construction (or pool) experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- wAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
