2026-27 FAFSA IS NOW open

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is your application for financial aid at Arkansas Tech University.

The 2026-27 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. The 2026-27 FAFSA is your application for federal aid for Fall 2026, Spring 2027 & Summer 2027.

**The FAFSA is required for ATU Foundation scholarships, Freshmen applying for the Arkansas Challenge, and any students receiving Challenge PLUS.

If you need to enroll in a payment plan for the Fall semester, please be aware of the upcoming final deadlines:

· Now through September 12: A 30% down payment is required, with two additional payments to follow.

· September 13–17: This is the final payment plan option and will require a 40% down payment with two additional payments to follow.

· September 17: This is the final deadline to enroll in a Fall semester payment plan.

We encourage you to take action soon!

Don't Miss Out – August 20th Deadline Approaching!

The deadline to take advantage of the payment plan with a 20% down payment and four additional installments is fast approaching on August 20th.

Starting August 21st, the plan will require a 30% down payment with only two remaining payments—fewer installments and a higher upfront cost.

Helpful hint to get your most up-to-date balance on your account:

Student statements are sent out monthly. Each statement provides a "snapshot" of your account as of the date it was generated.

To view any transactions, authorized aid, or updates entered to your account since the date of your last statement, please log into your OneTech account, search for "Student Self-Service", click "Open Student Dashboard", then select "Account Detail for Term."
