The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center applies creative approaches that stimulate entrepreneurship, innovation, and small business growth through the higher education system resulting in measurable economic outcomes. The ASBTDC office in Russellville, Arkansas, at Arkansas Tech University, provides free consulting and low-cost training for small business owners in Conway, Franklin, Johnson, Logan, Pope, and Yell Counties. The Arkansas Tech University Small Business and Technology Development Center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U. Small Business Administration through a partnership with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the ATU College of Business and Economic Development. All ASBTDC programs are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis. Reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities and individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP) will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
