Arkansas Tech University Health and Wellness Center provides educational and confidential medical and counseling services to students by serving as a health and medical resource for the university community.

Did you know that Arkansas Tech University staff can earn 8 hours of wellness leave by completing an annual health screening? You can visit your own primary care physician, or schedule an exam at the ATU Health and Wellness Center.

The ATU Health and Wellness Center is currently accepting applications for the positions of Graduate Assistant and Peer Health Advocate. ATU students can apply through Handshake by visiting www.atu.edu/career. The application deadline is June 19, 2026.

This week, we’re celebrating the amazing nurses at the ATU Health & Wellness Center. From minor illnesses and injuries to physicals, testing, prescriptions, immunizations… they literally do it all! Thank you for the compassion, dedication, and care you provide to ATU students every day.

April is Alcohol Awareness Month. The ATU Health & Wellness Center encourages students to explore fun and healthy ways to connect and relax without alcohol. Try mocktails, fitness activities, campus events, hobbies, meditation, or spending time with friends. There are plenty of ways to enjoy student life at ATU while prioritizing wellness.
