1) set up a virtual tutoring appointment if you need it (we’re open 4-8 on Sunday-Thursday).
2) get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, and exercise.
3) study for 25 minutes, rest for 5 minutes, and repeat as is necessary.
4)study the most important information first.

Finals week is stereotypically viewed as a time of sleep deprivation, stress, and binge studying. Instead of loathing it, let’s look at some of the benefits of finals week:

1) The challenge can help you grow as a person.
2) It can be a great opportunity to practice time management skills.
3) The week can be a time to contemplate how the entire semester has gone (personally, academically, etc.).
4) If you’re about to graduate, you know the end is in sight.
5) You get one more week with friends.
6) Summer is on the other side of finals week.

Sometimes perspective can make all the difference!
