University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law is a private, ABA-accredited law school in the Oak Park neighborhood of the city of Sacramento, California. Originally founded in 1924, the school merged with and became part of the University of the Pacific in 1966. The University also runs the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. The current dean of Pacific McGeorge School of Law is Michael Hunter Schwartz.

From evening classes at McGeorge to the halls of California’s Capitol, Mariana Corona Sabeniano ’15 built a career rooted in leadership and service.

Her MSL in Government Law & Policy gave her the legal knowledge to rise to Chief of Staff in the State Senate, co-found a community political organization, and earn recognition on Sacramento’s 40 Under 40 list. Her story is an inspiring example of what an MSL can do for professionals in government and policy.
