The University Of California, Riverside, Veterans Resource Center would like to invite veterans, active, reservists, National Guard, ROTC, spouses and dependent students to join on October 6th, 2023, at 10am PDT for an information session via zoom. They will be discussing the University of California application process, campus life, utilizing benefits, out of state tuition with possible waivers and much more.

Specifically for military connected students, they have a centrally located Veteran Resource Center with two study rooms, computers, a social area with comfortable seating, complimentary printing, drinks and snacks, textbook library, mentor/mentee program, employment workshops and networking opportunities, as well as 2 separate student organizations dedicated to building community within the veteran and dependent student populations.

The AvenueM application cycle for the 2023-2024 academic year is now OPEN! Students who are early in their community college coursework or plan to transfer to a 4-year institution in Fall 2025 are encouraged to apply. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, October 31st at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

They have scheduled three information sessions to provide prospective applicants with deeper insights into the AvenueM program, its benefits, and the application process. Take a look at the flyers above for more information.
