SATURDAY SHOUTOUT - Alumni Spotlight: August Rojas (' 19), Bachelor's of Professional Accountancy. MORE 👇

August Rojas (' 19) received her Bachelor's of Professional Accountancy and is now an Accounting Specialist at Dow. August's journey is a great example of what it means to be a Career-Ready Cardinal.

While on campus, August studied abroad through the College of Business and was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Alpha Sigma Alpha. She also spent her time coaching the varsity cheer team at Bay City Western. August took advantage of the opportunities that SVSU provided and was an HR Accounting intern at Dow, as well as a member of the Dow co-op program.

Stories like August's are exactly what SVSU Career Services works to make possible, connecting students with resources, experiences, and opportunities that translate into real careers.
