The SCSU Women's Center (now located in Atwood 218) opened over 30 years ago to respond to concerns about women's safety and gender inequity, as well as to support solutions to sex discrimination and violence in its many forms. The Women's Center has evolved into a comprehensive center providing advocacy and support services, educational programming (in and out of classrooms), collaborations to support social justice, and a voice for women's rights.

Scholarship Alert!

The Zonta Club of St. Cloud is offering a Non-Traditional Scholarship to provide assistance to women who have left the academic environment and after a time lapse are now returning to pursue further education and/or develop new skills.

Our local club will select a winner from applications received and will award the winner a scholarship of $1000. The scholarship will be awarded in April 2025.

- Students need to be enrolled in a two- or four-year program at an accredited institution.

- Students must reside in one of the following counties: Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Morrison, and Wright counties.

- All applications must be typed on the specific forms which can be found online at www.zontastcloudmn.org. The completed application packets need to be completed, printed and sent by March 1, 2025.
