MWSU Department of Communication We offer a broad scope of courses in communication, English, journalism and public relations Our B.S.

We offer support across the disciplines with our composition and basic oral communication courses, which are core to a liberal arts education. degree in Convergent Journalism and Public Relations offer a comprehensive program that provides skills in a wide range of communication channels. Convergent Journalism and Public Relations blends broadcast, print, photography and web media coverage across

platforms. Students learn to create written, visual and broadcast packages, using more than one outlet to tell the story. Convergent Journalism and Public Relations graduates are in demand as the ever-changing media landscape needs professionals who can integrate traditional, digital and social media to create powerful interactive content.
