College of Saint Benedict/Saint John's University Cross Country Camps The two campuses offer 30 miles of running trails in one of the most beautiful natural environments Minnesota has to offer.

The College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University's excellent facilities and central location in Minnesota's heartland make it an ideal place for your Blazer-Johnnie experience. We provide training in the following areas; conditioning, hill work, strategies, psychological tuning (ie., goal setting and self confidence), teamwork, pool workouts, and strength training.
