Did you know that retention and recruitment are persistent challenges in public safety? How can we protect our communities with a shortage of police, fire and EMT candidates?
Richard Elliott, Deputy Chief of Planning and Training, Clayton County Fire & Emergency Services, will share information about their Pathways program, which tackles these challenges. High school students within this county have the opportunity to graduate with a diploma, an EMT/Firefighting Certification, and a job offer upon graduation. Tune in to network and learn more.
