Hmong American Mediation Center is offering free in-person assistance to help you apply for the emergency housing assistance that is currently available for Hennepin County residents.

Where: Lao Family Community Center
320 University Ave W
St. Paul, MN 55103

When: Saturday, October 24th 2020
11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

What to bring: ID, pay stubs from within past 30 days, unemployment letter, utility bill/statement, rent/mortgage statement.

EMERGENCY HOUSING ASSISTANCE DUE TO COVID-19

This is an available resource for Hennepin County Residents who have been financially harmed by COVID-19, may qualify for emergency assistance to help with rent and other housing costs.

Whose eligible?
- Living Hennepin County
- Meet certain income household guidelines according to federal poverty guidelines
- Lost of income due to COVID-19
- Have past due housing costs of cannot afford your housing costs this month
- Are not currently receiving section 8 or other rental assistance

What can funding be used for?
- Rent payments
- Manufactured home park lot rents
- Manufactured home payments
- Utility payments
- Mortgage payments for the home you live in

How do I apply?
