The Macalester Poetry Slam

The Macalester Poetry Slam In 2009, Dylan Garity and Neil Hilborn founded the Macalester Poetry Slam.

The official page of The Macalester College Poetry Slam, national champions, three-time finalists and recipients of the 2013 Education Award from Macalester College. Since then, the organization has been one of the most popular and active on the Macalester Campus. The Macalester Poetry Slam has sent a team to the College Unions Poetry Slam Invitation every year since 2010, reaching finals stage three times and winning the tournament in 2011.
