Hi all,
We just recently got word that the Spring Regional Convention is being held in person again for the first time in a few years. Hooray! Additionally, it is being held really close to us ( Clackamas Community College) so we don't need to deal with airports and hotel plans.

This is an amazing opportunity for personal leadership development with 12 different breakout sessions, networking with other PTK chapter members, learning more on how to be involved, and celebrate the hard work local chapters have been doing.

Note: you do NOT need to stay for the entire time on either day, but it is highly encouraged! Even if you can only make one of the days, we would love for you to participate!

Lunch and Dinner are provided on both days. The deadline to register is Wednesday May 10.

*I will be hosting a special club meeting via zoom tomorrow, May 9 from 12 noon-1pm to go over the convention agenda and and answer questions folks may have about attending. Please be there if you can!*

*The link has been sent to your email on file when you joined PTK. *

Fall term has gotten off to a great start! We've had our first couple of club meetings, started planning for the fall induction ceremony, and put together the details for our 1st social gathering at the planetarium. ( Members check your emails for your invite! RSVPs are due by tonight!)

Most importantly, we kicked off our fall service project: A camping gear and cold weather clothing drive for our unhoused neighbors here in the community. With cold wet weather upon us once again there is there is a real need for items to help protect folks from the elements while awaiting other other shelter options. Check out Phi Theta Kappa AKO chapter president Samanatha Ashburn showing off her beautifully made poster with all the details!

Huge thank you to Patrick, Emily, and Kateyn for their awesome work decorating the gear collection containers so they stand out nice and bright!
