You Go Gull: Congratulations to Elementary Education graduate and Tom Westcott Award for Future Educators recipient, Julia Moslowitz! She has returned to the great state of New Jersey to teach "happily ever after" at St. Joseph Grade School in Toms River. SJGS's mission is, "To foster a love of learning and service to others," and we believe that Julia is ready to do that in her 1st Grade classroom!

You Go Gull: Today is the first day of school for students at Star Hill Elementary in Delaware’s Caesar Rodney School District. So, Early Childhood Education major and Hattie M. Strong Scholarship recipient, Mallory Smith will be welcoming them to the Art Room. At SU, Mallory was the Poms Dance Team President, so she is certainly prepared to demonstrate school spirit and “Shine bright at Star Hill”!

She will teach American Studies II and Government at Middletown High School in Frederick County. Maddie earned the Marchan Ball Award, which allowed her to purchase materials for her classroom, so we know that she is ready and we sing it proudly!
