Did you know that health and wellness coaches are proven to help individuals build skills needed to make changes toward living a healthier lifestyle? 🎯

Wellness Coaching is FREE for students at the U, and appointments are available ALL summer long. You can meet with a coach in-person or virtually! Whichever best fits your needs.

If there is something related to health or wellbeing that is affecting your ability to live your life as you want, a wellness coach can help you to work through obstacles and help in the goal setting process.

Common reasons why students see a coach:

➡️stress management,
➡️Time management,
➡️Building healthier habits
➡️ Navigating social relationships.

“Because every student’s situation is different, coaching sessions are intentionally designed to be flexible and tailored to what feels most relevant for the student…My experience showed me that wellness coaching isn’t about being told what to do; it’s about having a conversation that helps you better understand your habits and explore strategies that work for you.”

While Kate originally wrote this blog post for spring break, it’s applicable all year long!

Our goal at the CCW is not to “enforce the direct reduction of substance use but to equip people with the knowledge and resources to aid in emergency situations and avoid dangerous scenarios” 🫶

Safer s*x supplies, when used correctly, are an easy way to have pleasurable s*x 🎉 with less stress about s*xually transmitted infections (STIs).

Practicing safer s*x is also cool because:

➡️It shows you respect and care for both your own health and your partner’s.

➡️It makes open, honest conversations about boundaries and protection a normal part of intimacy.

We believe that all individuals should have easy access to barrier methods, as well as s*xual and reproductive health information so that they can make informed choices in their relationships.

That’s why we offer the ✨ Pleasure Pack ✨ a 🆓 discreet service for safer s*x supplies like condoms, oral dams, and l**e.

From NOW until August 21, there’s no need to pre-order your pack online! Simply drop by our office during our business hours and pick up the pack that fits your needs best.
