ELPS Fellows at the COEHD Graduate Studies Open House ✨

ELPS Faculty, Dr. Mariela A. Rodriguez, and Fellows, Brenda Rivera, Bobbie Faith, Zobaria Zulfiqar, and Sara Savatović Hathorn proudly represented the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS) at the Graduate Studies Open House for the College of Education and Human Development.

Throughout the event, the Fellows supported the ELPS table by welcoming prospective students, sharing their personal experiences in the program, and providing insight into graduate study opportunities.

In addition, ELPS Fellow Bobbie Faith had the opportunity to participate in a graduate student panel, where she shared her experiences as a doctoral candidate and offered insight into navigating the program and graduate student life.

Their presence helped create a warm and engaging space for future graduate students to learn more about academic pathways, program expectations, and the supportive community within ELPS, COEHD, and the university. The Fellows played a key role in encouraging and inspiring prospective students to consider joining the College of Education and Human Development for their graduate studies.

We are grateful for their leadership, professionalism, and commitment to building the next generation of educational leaders.

Thank you to the UTSA College of Education and Human Development for having us! It was such a success! 🧡💙
