🎉 Exciting News from the Family Association! 🎉

We’re thrilled to announce our biggest event of the year: the Student Angel Program 🎄✨ This incredible program, started in 2020, helps support students who may be facing tough times during the holidays. We’d love your help spreading the word to students!

🌟 What’s the Student Angel Program?
It’s a special opportunity for students to share a wish list, including items they need, want, and would love to have for the holidays—like clothes, books, games, school supplies, gift cards, and more! 💝 (Just no cash requests!) And the best part? It’s completely FREE for students!

📝 Here’s How It Works:

1. Students fill out a confidential wish list form (deadline: Nov 27).

2. Sponsors sign up to fulfill the lists! 🎁

3. Distribution Day: December 4th, when gifts will be wrapped and delivered 🎄

4. Thank-You: Each student writes a heartfelt note and takes a quick pic for our sponsor collage 📸

General was up to no good during Trunk or Treat! ⚡️ He was out judging all our departments and came across one that he found to be just MAGICAL! He felt the spirit of Jaguar strongly within Las Personas de El Instituto de Cisneros de Leaderes Emergentes (The Cisneros Institute for Emerging Leaders) 🐾 Congrats on winning General's Award, Cisneros Institute! Thank you to everyone who participated in our spooktacular event! We hope to see you ALL next year! 🎃

Reminder! Reminder! Tomorrow is the photo shoot for the Young Jaguars After School Program! We hope you can bring your Littles and help us with images to promote the program and support parenting students. Today we watched many cross the stage and can't wait to help many others get to the finish line!!!

Have a student who is also a parent? Young Jaguars after school childcare opens January 16, 2024 to Pell eligible A&M-SA students! The program will serve children in pre-k through 5th grade. Please share with any parenting student that you know!

Maybe you also have younger children and want to return to school. This could be a viable opportunity for you as well!

Additionally, we are hosting a photo shoot for the program's marketing materials and website on Wednesday, December 20th at 6pm. Children matching the grade levels above or that are very close to them are invited to be models that get to play in the new space and be photographed for promotional purposes. Hello and Seasons Greetings!! The time for giving is now and we’d like introduce this year’s Student Angel Program. These two images have information regarding the program. The “green flyer” is for individuals to sign up to SPONSOR a current A&M San Antonio Student.
The “red flyer” is for those current students that would like to register to be sponsored. Please take the time to review the program details, scan the QR code please!
